La Casa da Pina is located in Cabras, only 8 km from Oristano, 3 km from the very crowded Torre Grande town with its boardwalk and nightlife.
It ‘s located a few km from the most famous and beautiful beaches of the Sinis Peninsula, such as San Giovanni di Sinis, nestled in the beautiful setting of Capo San Marco and the remains of the ancient Phoenician-Punic city of Tharros.
The beaches of Mari Ermi and Is Arutas, known for their particular sand, made up of small grains of quartz rounded similar to rice.
Cabras is also close to the Oasis of Seu, a protected WWF area also known for its important wildlife value, now part of the Cabras Town Park.
The house, in business since 2003, is run by Mrs. Pina and her daughter Stefania and it’s located in a very quiet area of the town with the possibility of parking your car outside.
Guests are welcomed into a warm and bright house, very well cared, built on two floors.
The ground floor is the home of Mrs. Pina and her family, the second floor is used to welcome guests with an independent private entrance.
On the ground floor there is the breakfast room, where Mrs. Pina and her daughter Stefania will take care of you every day with the preparation of tastings of typical Sardinian products and genuine and abundant breakfast enriched with homemade products.
Outside the house the guests can enjoy a large garden where you can spend leisure time together in the gazebo with a drink or a coffee.
The floor used to welcome the guests consists of three rooms, all with private bathroom, air conditioner, TV, fridge and wi-fi.
Guests have access to an external sink and wire for hanging clothes if they want to wash their own clothes.
